me. This is a half to three quarter hour interview where you get to
talk about your unique knowledge as it relates to kids in an extended
interview with me.
We have a studio partner who is recording the interviews and preparing
them for online streaming and download.

Submit any existing audio
interviews, speeches, teleconference calls, educational monologues that
you have already recorded to me to include on the site for increased
exposure by subscribers to you.
These audio submissions are not necessarily your “for sale”
content resources, these are recordings you have at your disposal or
sitting in your office collecting dust that you could leverage more
effectively to help sell your expertise, credibility and related resources
or services.
I don’t even care what format the original recording is in…
my studio partner is willing to remaster them to sound good.

Flourish Press will be working
hard to promote you in the context of the audio contribution which you
will provide us.
In exchange for your interview
or audio contribution/s you will be provided with a comprehensive promotion
page on the KidFlourish Audio Subscription website.
On that page we will profile you and encourage people to listen to your
audio content. Subscribers will be able to click a link and listen to
streamed audio or conversely download the audio file for offline listening.
Individuals who are not subscribers will be encouraged to subscribe
to hear your audios.
But, we still want to provide value to both them and you, so we will
have at least one short clip of audio from your content as a way to
allow them limited access to your expertise.
Your page will also provide links to your website, links to your books
and other content resources. If you are having any promotions related
to the resources you provide, they too can be mentioned on the site.
We are also developing podcasting capabilities and expect that clips
of your content would also be included in syndicated daily KidFlourish
podcasts.
Your name and expert status
will be used as a part of the marketing program and related collateral
we are creating which will be used to sell the benefits of a KidFlourish
Online Audio Subscription.
Your name and expertise will
be referred to in our “KidFlourish”
email newsletter. If possible we will use quotes from your books or
resources to build your credibility.
Flourish Press will be actively
soliciting new subscribers using a significant number of marketing methods
both online and offline. Your name might be included in that marketing
as an expert resource on the site. Again this is a way to have your
name and reputation built without you doing any of the work.
If the marketing benefit itself
weren’t enough to convince you to be a part of this unique opportunity,
I want to go even further to ensure that your contribution to the site
will be worth your time and effort to spend in an interview or to dig
around your attic to find those old audios.
I know that the current book
marketing PR approach is structured so that you do an interview for free
with the goal being to get your name and book exposed… but I wanted
something better for you.

As a part of your involvement
in the KidFlourish Online Audio Subscription program you also get these
additional benefits...
Every time your interview
or recordings are downloaded or streamed from the KidFlourish Audio
web server, Flourish Press will credit you with a portion of overall
subscription revenue.
Here’s how it works…
From the gross subscription revenue for the entire site, Flourish Press
takes 20% off the top to be distributed to content
providers.
That amount is then divided and distributed to experts based on the
aggregate bandwidth of all their content which was downloaded or streamed
in the previous month as a percentage of the total monthly bandwidth
delivered for all paid content.
Thus if we have 1000 subscribers who create gross revenues of $10,000,
the contributor distribution pot is $2000. If there are 100 audio downloads
available (assuming all are the same digital size) and subscribers listen
all audios equally, each of the 100 contributors would receive $20 that
month in bonus revenue.
The more audio you provide, the more content you contribute, the more
likely you are to gain revenue based on your content.
Granted, it might not be a lot of money but we wanted to ensure that
you saw recurring value from the expert contribution you’ve made
or as a unique way to monetize existing audio content you already have
at you disposal.
But… unlike radio or TV interviews, or old speeches, this opportunity
does in fact create revenue for you, just for doing it…. as long
as the audio is on the site.
If you promote the KidFlourish
Online Audio subscription series to your own clients, web visitors or
subscribers using the unique affiliate link we provide you... and they
purchase a KidFlourish subscription, you will be entitled to lifetime,
recurring commission of 15% on their subscription fees for as long as
they remain a subscriber.
You don't just earn a commission once they sign up… You earn a
commission every month they remain a subscriber – for life. Think
about that. You sell once, earn indefinitely! That’s a pretty
good deal.
Why are we doing this? Two reasons…
The first… we
want to see kids flourish and believe that parents, caregivers,
teachers and other related professionals need ongoing resources to help
